About Structures

In 2005, Dave Smith made a decision to leave his long term employer, Shook Construction, to fulfill a long held dream of starting his own general contracting & construction management business. Dave enlisted the services of a close colleague, Tim Lowing, to help him manage the field operations in this new endeavor.

Both Dave and Tim have lifelong associations with the construction industry. Both of their fathers ran construction companies and introduced their sons to the industry at an early age. Both have been driven to provide their clients with the best construction services available while maintaining the high ethical standards passed down from their fathers. This is a part of who they are and thus forms the foundation for Structures. These philosophies are evident in our mission statement and core values which are attached. Taken together, our mission and core values form the basis from which all of our decisions and actions are generated.

Together the Structures team has more than 40 years of construction experience in a wide variety of projects. We have attached information highlighting our experience, including project sheets which highlight individual projects that we have managed.

We have worked hard to provide the best construction services available for our clients. Attached are several reference letters and a list of additional references for your use.

Structures specializes in the construction of new buildings and the renovation of existing buildings for our commercial, institutional, and religious clients. We are also available to construct your large residential projects.
